Key Staff in Hong Kong

Kenneth K W Yeung

Mr Kenneth K W Yeung is the founder of Yeung and Co. Chartered Accountants and China Consulting Consortium. A fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales and the Hong Kong Institute of Certified Public Accountants, Kenneth is also a member of the Chartered Institute of Taxation in the UK. In 1994, he was admitted as a full member of the Association of Corporate Treasurers in the UK. Kenneth has over 20 years’ experience across Europe and the Asia Pacific in auditing, taxation, corporate finance, treasury, and financial consulting and management. A graduate of the UK’s University of Birmingham, Kenneth has also worked for a London-listed manufacturing and retail group. His experience covers:

  • Pre-IPO restructuring, taxation and management consulting
  • Financial system consulting including GL, MIS and ERP
  • Financial engineering.

In 1998, one of the leading accountancy practice recruited Kenneth to work in Hong Kong, where he gained his in-depth knowledge of the banking and financial systems of China and the countries of the Asia Pacific. In 2001, Kenneth set up his own management-consulting practice in Hong Kong. Then, in 2006 and 2007, he established two corporate service entities in Hong Kong and Mainland China respectively. Kenneth has been acting as independent non-executive director for several Hong Kong-listed companies.


Keith K Y Yeung

Mr. Keith K Y Yeung, who is the cofounder of China Consulting Consortium, is a qualified practising accountant in Hong Kong. He is also a member of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants in the United Kingdom and Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales. After Mr. Keith K Y Yeung obtained his accounting degree in the 1990s at the University of Warwick and his Master of Business and Administration at Heriot-Watt University, Edinburgh, he worked with several major international auditing and accountancy firms in Hong Kong. He then gained his commercial and industrial experience from a worldwide telephone conglomerate at a senior level. Keith, who speaks English, Cantonese and Mandarin, is responsible for the group’s audit and China practices.


Fanny Ho

Fanny is responsible for corporate matters within CCC and she has experience in corporate service provision for BVI companies. Fanny is now aiming to be a chartered secretary. Fanny studied for a diploma in Business Administration at the Royal Brisbane International College in Hong Kong and Bachelor of Arts (major in International Relations and Contemporary Europe) at The Australian National University in Australia. Before joining Fanny worked for a global provider of integrated Business, Corporate and Investor Services in Hong Kong. Fanny has acquired full secretarial qualifications, has good computing skills and she is familiar with company secretarial software such as CSA. Fanny can write in both Chinese and English with a good command of English and Putonghua.


Killy Wong

Killy is a member of the CPA Australia and has an impressive academic record that includes a Bachelor of Business Administration (Marketing and Management) from Loyola Marymount University in Los Angeles, and a Master of Business Administration (Accounting) from the University of La Vern, Los Angeles. Upon leaving the University of La Vern, Killy worked at a Big 4 Tax Practice in Hong Kong and, before that, as a Tax Associate with a tax practice in California. She joined China Consulting Consortium in 2011 as our Tax Executive. Whilst studying, Killy has also worked as an Operations Manager Assistant at Monarch Container Line in El Monte, California. She is proficient in Microsoft Office applications and speaks fluent English, Cantonese and Mandarin.

In September 2017, Killy satisfied the requirements for full membership of STEP (The Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners) and is  duly registered as a full member of the Society and she is now a Registered Trust and Estate Practitioner.


Amy Chan

Ms. Amy Chan is our Corporate Services Executive who is responsible for corporate matters of Hong Kong companies. Before joining CCC, Amy worked for a global provider of integrated Business, Corporate and Investor Services in Hong Kong specialising in the British Virgin Islands jurisdiction. Amy has acquired full secretarial qualifications, has good computing skills and she is familiar with company secretarial software such as CSA. Amy can write in both Chinese and English with a good command of English and Putonghua.
