We are part of an international group of accountants with offices in Hong Kong,
Dongguan of China, Singapore and London. Our London office at 59 Banner
Street, London EC1Y 8PX requires a full time employee to work as payroll and
accounting data officer.

Job description
• Timely management of monthly and weekly payrolls each month
• Works in stand alone payroll position
• Liaisons and communications with external clients and HMRC
• Monthly / annual payroll reporting
• Accounting data entry management
• General administrative work
Profile
• Experience in similar role requirements (on the job training will be given
to less experienced applicants)
• Ideally have experience in managing end to end process of payroll and
accounting work (not essential)
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English and preferably
in Chinese (both Mandarin and Cantonese)
• Excellent knowledge of Word, Excel, and Outlook
• Management of processes and policies to ensure tight controls are in
place
Job Offer
• Permanent role
• Salary up to £25,000 per annum depending on experience
• 20 days holidays
• Working in office 5 days a week (working at home possible)
• 37.5 hours a week

Senior Auditor / Audit Manager Assistant
The ideal candidates will be:
- University degree, preferably in auditing, accounting,finance or other commercial oriented disciplines;
- China or overseas CPA qualification preferred;
- Minimum 3 years’ relevant experience in an international or local CPA firm;
- Be a confident, highly motivated individual with an analytical mind;
- Have excellent verbal and written communication skills in both English and Mandarin;
- Strong interpersonal skills;
- Willing to travel
