Here at CCC, we try our best to ensure that you have a great experience and our services are able to go above and beyond your expectations. However, if you think that we’ve made some mistakes, we would like to hear from your personally so we can work towards making your overall experience a positive one, and use your valuable opinion to improve our services.

If there are any problems with our services, please firstly contact our responsible staff via email or phone call to see if the issue can be resolved. This is usually the quickest way of resolving mistakes and we will try our best to correct our mistakes.

Should you want to escalate further or make a complaint about a member of staff, please contact their Supervisor and we will make sure to follow up on any problems.

Lastly, if the problem cannot be resolved by the supervisor, please directly contact our Director, Kenneth Yeung (Kenneth@china-consortium.com).
